Chris Tack Photo & Video

Chris Tack Photography & Videography is a business driven purely by passion. I first started telling stories when I was 13 years old, making little short films with my childhood friends. Nobody had taught me the craft at that point, I just watched a few short films online and thought to myself, "man... I want to do that!" A little over a decade later, it is still one of my favorite things to do. I started shooting some backyard elopements in 2020, then moved into shooting all kinds of weddings across the state after only a few months. Every wedding I do is a privilege and I cherish every single couple that walks through my door. I'm so grateful to all my amazing couples for making this the best job I've had!

My wife and I had originally planned our wedding for June of that year, but like tons of other couples, COVID wrecked those plans. We had a venue, photographer, florist, and caterer all lined up and we ended up having to cancel it all. It was a really difficult decision, but we knew it was the right one for us. Instead, we downsized to just our immediate families and a few close friends. The wedding was beautiful and the best day of my life, but I would be lying if I said a part of me wasn't also bummed that we didn't get that dream wedding we planned for months.

We may have not been able to have our dream wedding, but that doesn't mean you can't have yours. My core values are simple I create an experience that makes my clients feel comfortable and taken care of day one. Weddings can be big and stressful ventures, so I aim to eliminate stress wherever I can and be 100% transparent. My goal is always to deliver a high quality product that can be enjoyed for future generations to come.
